Our Story
Healing Tree was co-founded in early 2008 as an Internet-based directory for holistic healers in the city of Ottawa, Canada. What began as a simple idea now includes a wealth of information about natural wellness in our City.
Our members provide most of the content on our website. Healing Tree is a useful resource to find wellness-related articles and local events.
Healing Tree is actively creating new opportunities for its members. We have grown to represent an expanding network of several hundred holistic healers, naturopaths and eco-friendly members. This has generated much interest from both government and private organizations and lead to our new wellness in the workplace initiative.
Together we now have a powerful voice to educate people about the benefits of preventing illness through natural self-healing techniques.
Our approach is to promote the services offered by our members as both preventative and complimentary to traditional medical treatments.
Our long-term vision is to expand our network to include holistic healers, naturopaths and eco-friendly members from all major Canadian cities.
